Ryan is a professional Realtor serving the Durham Region with Keller Williams Realty. Ryan founded the team in 2011 and is excited to bring quality service and state of the art technology to his clients.

His work ethic, dedication and passion for applying new technologies to real estate marketing are but only a few of the qualities that separate him from the pack. His motto is: “Good old fashioned service with a modern touch”.

In Ryan’s free time, he’s actively involved in many charities and community events. He is the current president of JCI Whitby and sits on number of local charity boards. When he is not selling houses he is giving back to the community.

Shubha is a positive, driven professional whose values, ethics and knowledge are an irreplaceable asset within the company. His strong education in Financial Services has provided Shubha with professional knowledge of the financial markets that in turn are able to provide his clients with an in depth understanding of all available options within this overwhelming marketplace. Shubha is a proud member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP) where he holds an AMP designation and continues his carreer development and education through seminars, workshops and conferences.

In his spare time Shubha is devoted family man and loves nothing more that spending time and doing activities with his Wife and young Daughter. He enjoys many outdoor activities such as, golfing, hiking, swimming, fishing and boating and also likes to read up on current events and news.
 

Jackie Bartlett

Executive Assistant / Client Care Specialist

Jackie Bartlett joined the team in 2011 in an administrative capacity.  With over 20 years experience as an executive assistant, she brings a great deal of experience and organizational skills to the team.

Jackie has lived in the Durham area for over 30 years and serves on the board of directors for the condominum where she resides.  She has spearheaded many projects and has amassed a wealth of knowledge about the internal workings of the condominum industry .

She is the proud grandmother of two little boys and spends a lot of time spoiling them like all grandparents do.  Jackie understands the importance of family values and knows that finding and enjoying a home is one of the most important things in someone's life.
